I Am Poem

I am a motocross rider
I wonder how much better I will get
I hear the engines running
I see me taking first place
I want to be the best rider
I am a motocross rider
I pretend to ride motocross when Im not riding
I feel like first place is the the best
I touch the throttle and take off
I worry that I will take last
I cry when I act like a baby
I am a motocross rider
I understand I wont always take first
I say that I will take first
I dream that I will win
I try to be the best I can
I hope to take first

Christmas Break!!!!!!!!!!

I had a lot of fun over christmas break. I went snowboarding, ice skateing, tubeing and it was Christmas! It was the best , we had a christmas eve party and my whole family came and we had a big family party. Snowboarding was awsome, I have a pass to brighton. snowgoarding is awsome it is my favorite winter sport.

The Giver Test!

The comunity lacks empathy because there living in a utopia. They have no feelings or thoughts for one another, it is almost like they are programed like robots, so they cant have feelings for one another. Another thing is that if they did have feelings they would get put to sleep and thrown out like garbage because they were disrupting the utopia. Feelings are very important, and you have to have feelings in order to be comsidered a person. Jonas started to feel empathy when he recived memorys because he was feeling the experiance and seeing them. When he saw the soldier die in the memory, and when he saw his father kill the child, he had never thought about it that way until he started to see the memorys of love and haterid took place. just like when his parents tell him that there is a better word for love because love is a poor word.
